Truck Driver (Career Path from B+E to C+E)

We are looking for reliable colleagues from the Philippines to join our transport company in the Czech Republic. We offer stable employment with a clear path to becoming an international truck driver.

Phase 1: The Start (First 1-2 months)

• Job Role: Driving a BE COMBI vehicle (Domestic transport).

• Routes: Within 20–150 km of Prague. You return home every day.

• Responsibilities: Loading and unloading of goods.

• Training: During the first 1–2 months, you will obtain a category E license (resulting in B+E).

• Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 CZK (NET) per month.

Phase 2: International Transport (After approx. 1 year)

• Job Role: Driving heavy trucks (C+E) for international routes.

• Destinations: Finland, Sweden, Germany.

• Training: You will undergo training for a C+E license and a Professional Competence Certificate (takes 9–12 months).

• Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 CZK (NET) per month.

Costs and Conditions

• Training Investment:

  • B+E License: approx. 20,000 CZK.

  • C+E License + Professional Certificate: approx. 120,000 CZK.

• Contractual Commitment: A 5-year loyalty agreement with the employer is required.

• Repayment: The employer will deduct 2,000 CZK monthly from your salary to cover the training costs.

• Accommodation: Provided for 4,000 CZK per month.
