RESPONSIBILITIES:

production of parts on designated machines according to production documentation,
adjusting the machine according to set-up sheets, descriptions, instructions, etc.,
correction of tools,
cleaning according to the grinding plan and other regulations,
changing and grinding tools according to the grinding plan,
measuring parts according to the inspection plan to the RQM and outside the measurement dates to the RQM,
continuous despatch of measured production,
separation of chips during the discharge of parts into the prescribed container,
lubrication of the machine according to the lubrication plan,
basic maintenance of the machine,
maintenance of production documentation.

SCHEDULE:

three-shift working from Monday to Friday - morning, afternoon, night shift

 6:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

22:00-6:00

 if there are many orders, overtime is possible
