RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working on a CNC machine.

FANUC program

all measurements are written in American unit of measurement - in inches.

Production is piecework.

Operation of Tsugami CNC long-running machine with Fanuc driving system.

supervise machine operation: measuring of parts, changing of plates (tools), correction according to dimensions, marking of parts, packing and writing off finished pieces into the system

SCHEDULE:

three-shift working from Monday to Friday - morning, afternoon, night shift

 6:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

22:00-6:00

 if there are many orders, overtime is possible (Saturday) - 

15-30 hours per month is it possible to work overtime

SALARY:

Salary / monthly:

• very good operator  have 35 000 - 40 000 CZK 
• Basic salary 30 000 CZK (tariff)
• Variable component up to 20 %, up to 0-6000 CZK
• 5,000 CZK monthly accommodation allowance (condition - you must work 7.5 hours a day)
• Extra payment 10% night shift per hour
• Extra payment for night shifts: 12 % of the average hourly wage
• Weekday overtime: 25 %
• Weekend overtime: 50 % (weekend premium)
• Public holiday overtime: 100 % (holiday premium) + 25 % (overtime premium)
• Paid health and social insurance
• Paid vacation: 20 days per year

TOTAL - CZK – 36 000 before tax („brutto“) salary / month without overtime  and shift premiums

for overtime and shift bonus you can have an additional 0-10,000 CZK

    (example of salary - 30,000 (base) + 6,000 (performance bonus) + 5,000 (accommodation allowance) + overtime approx. 5,000 + shift bonus 2,000= 46 000 CZK - but all conditions must be met!!

Contribution 30.000 for airfare every year after finish 2 year contract
