Your Responsibilities:

Operation of assigned machinery: Manufacturing components for hydraulic motors, including setup, cleaning, and lubrication.

Troubleshooting & compliance: Reporting any potential faults and adhering to the manufacturer's operating guidelines.

Maintenance & inspection: Monitoring machinery, maintaining equipment, and taking care of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments assigned to the machine.

 

Requirements / Software:

Control systems: Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik

Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprint reading is a must), 

 

Pay Scale: 2B. Base wage CZK 34 000 - 35  800 CZK + group performance bonus 0–16%
Base wage after training (at the earliest after the probation period): 3A. Base wage CZK 34000 - 35 800 CZK  + group performance bonus 0–16%
Probation Period: 3 months

Your Direct Supervisor: Machining Department Foreman

 

 

 

Working Hours & Overtime:

Working hours: Three-shift operation (7.5-hour shifts)

Overtime: As required by workload (currently active)

Weekend shift allowance: CZK 67 / hour for working weekend shifts
