SCHEDULE:

 6:00-14:00 + overtime 

 
SALARY:

• very good welder have 35 000 - 40 000 CZK 
• Basic salary 32 000 CZK (tariff)
• Variable component up to 20 %, up to 0-10 000 CZK
• Weekday overtime: 25 %
• Weekend overtime: 50 % (weekend premium) 
• Public holiday overtime: 100 % (holiday premium) 
• Paid health and social insurance
• Paid vacation: 25 days per year

Overtime Bonuses According to the Law PLUS the Following:

20 hours – CZK 1,000

30 hours – CZK 1,500

40 hours – CZK 2,000

For work on a public rest day (Saturday/Sunday):

One full shift – CZK 600

Full weekend – CZK 1,500

TOTAL 40 000 CZK – 35 000 CZK before tax („brutto“) salary / month
