REQUIREMENTS:

• welding MIG/MAG 

SCHEDULE:

 6:00-14:00 + overtime 

14:00-22:00

• Basic salary 32 000 CZK (tariff)
• Variable component up to 20 %, up to 0-10 000 CZK
• 4 500 CZK monthly accommodation allowance (condition - you must work at least 27 hours of overtime per month)
• Weekday overtime: +25 %
• Weekend overtime: +50 % (weekend) +25 % (overtime)
• Public holiday overtime: +100 % (holiday) +25 % (overtime)
• Paid health and social insurance

    (example of salary - 32,000 (base) + 6,000 (performance bonus - it depends on productivity!!) + 4500 (accommodation allowance for overtime)  + shift bonus 2,000 + overtime 5400 Kč (27 hours) = 49 900 CZK - but all conditions must be met!!

WEEKEND BONUS: 

• CZK 600 per full shift on Saturday or Sunday
• Full weekend worked = CZK 1,200

BENEFITS:

• 13th salary depending on company results (full 13th salary was paid last year)
• We subsidize 50 % of the lunch cost – a full meal including soup comes to approximately CZK 40 for the employee
