Worker
Responsibilities include:

Manufacturing parts on designated machines according to production documentation

Setting up machines according to setup sheets, descriptions, manuals, etc.

Making tool corrections

Cleaning according to the grinding plan and other regulations

Replacing and sharpening tools according to the grinding plan

Measuring parts in accordance with the inspection plan within and outside of RQM measurement intervals

Continuously separating measured production

Separating chips when transferring parts into the prescribed containers

Lubricating the machine according to the lubrication plan

Performing basic machine maintenance

Maintaining production documentation

Machines:
(Tornos: MultiDeco, Star, Deco, Multisigma, Multiswiss), Traub, Nakamura, Citizen, Tornos multi-spindle automatic lathe – 6 spindles, Tornos single-spindle automatic lathe, sorting and inspection machines

Control Systems:
Fanuc, Simatic

SCHEDULE:

three-shift working from Monday to Friday - morning, afternoon, night shift

 6:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

22:00-6:00

 if there are many orders, overtime is possible

15-30 hours per month is it possible to work overtime

SALARY:

Salary / monthly:

• very good operator  have 35 000 - 40 000 CZK 
• Variable component up to 20 %, up to 0-6000 CZK
• Paid health and social insurance
• Paid vacation: 25 days per year
• Afternoon shift (14:00 – 22:00): CZK 23 / hour
• Night shift (22:00 – 6:00): CZK 65 / hour
• Multi-machine operation (designated machines): CZK 20–30 / hour
• Shift work (12-hour shifts): CZK 400 / shift
• Work on Saturdays and Sundays: 27% bonus
• On-call duty (weekends – maintenance): CZK 640 / day
• Remote workplace allowance: CZK 3,000 / month
• Bonus for meeting the work schedule (monthly working hours): CZK 1,400 / month
