CNC LASER OPERATOR (Continuous Operation) – 1 position

The operator receives cutting sheets according to the daily production plan, selects the correct program in the CNC machine, and initiates the cutting process. Material loading and unloading of finished parts is performed either by the operator or by the automatic storage system Night Train.

Machines used:

• Combi Genius 1540

• TC 5000R

• Bystar Fiber 4020 + Astes Sort

• TruLaser 5030 Fiber

   

  experience on these specific machines needed: Prima Power, Trumpf, Bystronic. Experience with laser cutting and punching required.

   

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Base salary: CZK 28,480 per month (CZK 178/hour)

• Performance bonuses for meeting production standards from 86% upwards: CZK 700 – 8,800 (average approx. CZK 4,800)

• Overtime premium: +40% of average earnings

• Afternoon shift allowance: CZK 14/hour

• Continuous operation allowance: CZK 10/hour

• Quarterly professional bonus: CZK 6,000 (if standards are met at min. 90% and attendance is without unjustified absences)

Average total monthly earnings: CZK 35,000 – 45,000
