Operator – Part Handling & Welding Line Operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring the automated welding line within the production process.
• Handling parts and assemblies (loading components, unloading finished products).
• Ensuring output matches the submitted project documentation and quality standards.

Working Hours (Shifts)

Year 2026: Single shift (Morning).

Year 2027: Two-shift operation (subject to change based on customer
requirements)

Overtime: Possibility of paid overtime work.

Starting Salary: 30,000 CZK (Gross)

Salary after 3-month probation: Up to 34,000 CZK

Salary after full training: 37,000 – 40,000 CZK

Financial Bonuses:

13th and 14th month salary (guaranteed bonuses).

Quarterly performance and quality bonuses.

Annual bonus.

Accommodation Support:

First 3 months: Fully covered by the employer.

After 3 months: Housing allowance of 3,500 CZK
