Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Independent Setup: Independent setup for new production runs
• Measurement Skills: Proficiency in measuring with conventional instruments is required (caliper, micrometer, altimeter/height gauge, etc.); 3D measuring experience is an advantage
• Technical Documentation: Ability to read and understand technical drawings/documentation is required
• Personal Qualities: Responsibility, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Experience: Prior work experience within Europe is an advantage

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

Continuous Operation: Continuous 12-hour shifts

Shift Schedule:

Short week: 2 shifts

Long week: 5 shifts

SALARY: 

Base Gross Salary: CZK 35,000 – 45,000 / month

Performance Bonus: Performance bonus of up to 27.5%, paid monthly in arrears (1 month lag)

13th Month Salary: Paid for completing a full worked calendar year

Shift Allowances: Extra pay for afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts (up to CZK 5,000)
