Paint Shop and Welding Prep Specialist

These are the primary tasks for this role, detailed below:

Pre-paint Surface Preparation:

• Sandblasting / Shot Blasting: Blasting parts to achieve the required surface cleanliness and roughness.

• Deburring and Edge Rounding: Removing burrs and sharp edges after material cutting or machining.

• Tapping and Threading: Cleaning, cutting, and re-threading threads both before and after painting.

Masking and Protection:

• Part Marking: Marking components according to engineering drawings to ensure seamless production workflow.

• Surface Masking: Carefully masking functional and mating surfaces that must remain unpainted.

Handling and Finishing:

• Part Sorting: Inspecting and sorting components strictly according to drawing documentation.

• Material Handling and Packaging: Moving finished parts and packaging them for transport or final customer delivery to prevent paint damage.

• Simple Assembly: Basic assembly of smaller sub-units based on production needs.

• Material Preparation: Cleaning, degreasing, and surface preparation prior to welding.

• Welder Support / Assistance: Transporting parts to welding stations, staging, and sorting weldment assemblies.

• Post-welding Cleanup: Cleaning weld seams (grinding, spatter removal, smoothing transitions) to meet the required final standard.

   

  SCHEDULE: 6:00-14:30 + overtime 

   

  • Basic salary 31 000 CZK (tariff),  If you do a good job, you can earn 35,000.
  • Variable component up to 20 %, up to 0-10 000 CZK
