Production Operator

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this versatile role, you will be key in preparing parts for further processing, supporting our welding and painting teams, and ensuring that our final products meet the highest quality standards before reaching the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface & Material Preparation

  • Preparing parts and metal surfaces before painting and welding to ensure a clean, smooth, and high-quality finish.

  • Performing light manual finishing and cleaning of metal components.

  • Protecting key functional areas and threads using masking techniques before painting.

• Production & Team Support

  • Assisting experienced welders by preparing materials, positioning components, and keeping work areas organized.

  • Basic assembly of smaller components according to production guidelines.

  • Marking and labeling parts to maintain clear production flow and traceability.

• Quality Check, Handling & Packaging

  • Inspecting, sorting, and verifying parts according to documentation.

  • Carefully handling and packaging finished products to prevent any damage during transport.

  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

SCHEDULE: 6:00-14:30 + overtime 

• Basic salary 31 000 CZK (tariff),  If you do a good job, you can earn 35,000.
• Variable component up to 20 %, up to 0-10 000 CZK
• 3500 CZK monthly accommodation allowance
